Alliance Data – Call Center Applications and Avaya Product Support
The Utility Services division had a project to consolidate five locations and IP connect them back to a new location in Texas. L&S Communications provided programming, documentation, design and creation of call flows utilizing Avaya CMS product. Created vectors, announcements, skills, agent logins, CMS reports, programmed Admin and Call Center telephones, trunking and assisted with the IVR and Call Recording applications. This project was completed on time and within budget.
SAIC – Avaya on site and remote support for the Robins AFB location
L&S was instrumental in the RFP process to be part of the winning team for the Robins Air Force Base telecommunications support contract. L&S Communications, provides two full time on-site technicians, and field technicians in support of the daily telephone changes and new installs at Robins AFB as well as an Operational Manager. L&S staff ensure a 99.9999 up time of the base telephone system, and support of 30,000+ end users for telephones and voicemail support.
